No, your uploaded documents will be visible to CIMEA's experts only after you have completed your application for our services and paid the respective fee. No document will therefore be visible to CIMEA experts as long as your request is still being drafted.

CIMEA can accept digital educational documents shared through secured systems only after an application for our services has been fully submitted. Therefore, once you have completed your application on the Diplome platform, if the Institution that awarded your degree has a digital/electronic, secure, and standardized system for sharing official educational documents (diploma / transcript / Diploma Supplement / Higher Education Achievement Report) to Third Parties (either through its own institutional platform of via external providers such as Digitary https://www.digitary.net/digitary-testimonials/ , Gradintelligence https://gradintel.com/index.php/en/universities?_ch=1) please share your official educational documents through the relevant platform directly with CIMEA to noreply-diplome@cimea.it Please note that any document shared with CIMEA before a relevant application for a CIMEA service has been submitted will not be taken into consideration.

For external examinations administered by a UK Board you will need to follow the documentation requirements for United Kingdom, not the requirements for the country where your actual teaching institution was located.

Please follow the requirements for the country where the institution that awarded your official educational documents was based, not the requirements for the country where you actually studied.

No, please send any paper documents to CIMEA by post only after you have submitted your application for our services and paid the respective fee on the DiploMe portal. No document sent to CIMEA before a relevant application for a CIMEA service has been submitted will be taken into consideration. Moreover, please do not send any paper documents to CIMEA unless they are listed under the Required Documents for the country of education system of your qualification, or unless they are explicitly requested to you by CIMEA experts during the processing of your request. In case you do not agree with the evaluation provided in your Statement, you can appeal our evaluation from the section My Requests of your DiploMe account within 7 days from the date of issue of your Statement by clicking on Appeal/Amendment and selecting Appeal from the drop-down menu called Type of appeal. To proceed with your Appeal request you will be required to upload additional documents supporting the re-evaluation by CIMEA experts. In the event of a positive re-evaluation, CIMEA will issue a Statement of Appeal to be attached to the previous statement which became the object of the appeal. In all cases, applications for appeals that do not comply with the Contractual Terms and Conditions signed at the time of requesting the service or which are clearly in contrast with the evaluation methodology carried out by CIMEA will not be considered. In cases where the appeal request is forwarded beyond the stated period, the request will be considered inadmissible and automatically rejected.

In case there is a typo in your Statement, you can request an amendment of your Statement from the section My Requests of your DiploMe account within 7 days from the date of issue of your Statement by clicking on Appeal/Amendment and selecting Amendment from the drop-down menu called Type of appeal.
Before requesting an amendment please consider that - according to CIMEA's policy - your personal details are reported in your CIMEA Statement exactly as indicated in your educational documents and that your last name is written in capital letters. Please therefore restrain from requesting any amendment in the latter cases, as they will not be accepted by CIMEA.
