Then it is not always necessary to apply for CIMEA Statements. What you should do depends on the purpose for which recognition is sought.
A few simple questions to understand if you need a CIMEA Statement
In this case as well, the first step is to identify the relevant body for the recognition procedure you are interested in.
For more information, consult the section dedicated to the different recognition procedures on the CIMEA website. We therefore suggest you check with the relevant body whether CIMEA Statements are required among the documents necessary for recognition.
After checking with the relevant institution or body whether you need CIMEA Statements for the recognition procedure, find out more about the Services available for your qualification and how to request them.
Once your Statement is ready, you will receive it directly in your account as a .pdf file. You then have 7 days to appeal aspects of our evaluation if needed. After this period, your Statement will be automatically published on blockchain (you can learn more about blockchain technology applied to comparability and verification statements on the CIMEA website).
Once published, it becomes unchangeable, and our "Fast Verification" service, which rapidly verifies both individual metadata and the entire document's authenticity, will be activated. It can be accessed simply clicking the button at the bottom right to quickly access the verification screen.
Sharing your CIMEA Statements directly from your DiploMe account
You have the option to share the metadata of your Statements directly from your DiploMe account, once they have been published on blockchain. An email containing instructions to access this information will be sent to the receiving institution, along with a .json file.
This will enable the institution to visually compare the data on your Statement with the details displayed on screen, or to directly upload the Statement in .pdf format to ensure it has not been tampered with or altered.
Remember: always share your CIMEA Statements in .pdf format as downloaded from the DiploMe platform. Avoid using simple scans or photos, as the latter prevent the access to the "Fast Verification" button.
